Safe and quiet 2-bed room in a traditional Balinese compound in Mas village, just 5 km from central Ubud. Enjoy the experience of living in a real Balinese family home with the comforts of a hotel.
The space
My small home is inside our traditional Balinese compound, in Mas village just outside Ubud. Mas is famous for wood carving and there are many carving galleries nearby, as well as rice field and nature walks. The rooms are newly completed and cleaned daily. A basic breakfast is included in the room rate.
Guest access
As well as your room, you have access to the compound living areas and garden, which is a nice place to relax and enjoy your breakfast or coffee.
Interaction with guests
As I also live in the compound, I am available for any help or advice about your travels in Bali. I can also help to arrange tours and activities such as cooking class, Batur hike, traditional jamu and spa products class, Balinese dancing, making offerings, and any other aspect of traditional Balinese life that you might like to try!
